Help, advice needed on v5 engine change

It is a Legal road so guess it would be the same as driving down a road that had closed on it for road works or fuzz , I have heard of people saying you can have the vehicle seized and fined but not 100% but would say a Fine would the be least.

Help, advice needed on v5 engine change

Simple bit on the V5 just put the new engine number on it, If its a disco its on the top of the block on the right hand side as you look at it. As for ther lanes they might be a TRO Temporary Restriction Order, Designed to stop heavy damage to the lanes, Brownie point there for abaying them :D

    Winch cable

NOOOO Never have your hand on the drum unless its some one else and you dont like them, Either tape the cable end down similar, if your doing it for a one off recovery you can feed a length off the other end so you can hold the tension. Never had to do it on a winch that didnt have an open...

    Winch cable

Some one was doing something wrong, as ive worked with rope and cable from 5mm to 50mm using winchs and capstans and as a rule of thumb 3 turns for rope and 5 or a layer for cable never had an issue AS LONG as you keep tension on it to start.

All the radios ive seen have a m4 or similar thread in the middle of the back and if you look in the hole for them on a lot of vehicles there is a donut, you had a 20-40mm bar that threaded in the back of the radio and then sat in the donut and stopped it jumping about, So you can put a metal...
