    had the battery and alt tested? maybe the new stereo drains a touch more than the old one and it needs a bigger battery, maybe the old one was not big enough (mine wasn't when I bought my freebie)

    Righto cheers it does work fine so nothing to worry about then, just the pesky wash on it to suss out next I'm guessing the filter Volcker in the tank for that..

    Yeah it's that one, pipes are corroded but it's actually leaking from the larger nut/stud that one of the pipes goes into, I will be swapping them out but can't afford it this year they ain't cheap.. As for the products their designed to go into the engine oil, all they do is soften...

    Ah OK, maybe a brasso Polish will sort them out depends how bad they are, you can buy chrome paint if all else fails but it's a bit more shiny silver than chrome in my experience Maybe a pic would help..

    Do you mean the glass has got rust stains etc or the grills?, if lenses I'd try the dishwasher first it can work wonders, and you can buy glass Polish paste I'd imagine that would work, could try brick acid that eats through almost anything and won't touch the glass

    I've got roll pin and mines 2.0lseries, mine fell out a lot as it did the gears became more and more sloppy until I got a pudding mix feel, fitted the pin back secure with a tiewrap not had a problem since, there's also a rubber bush or2 could be that

    My old led sidelight bulbs fit perfect and look better but I'd imagine the coloured options also work well , ull need 4 bulbs (mines the l series early w reg tho), somewhere I've got posts ora thread about it when I did mine a while back..
