    Window regulators / tight glass?

not near a multi meter at the min but I will check that when I'm back at my dads where they are.. one other thing I niticed is the passenger side on gets worse progressively while being used and I suppose the motor gets hot likewise..

    Window regulators / tight glass?

they did get a lot of hammer in summer as I've not got air on etc but I wouldn't say any more than normal

    Window regulators / tight glass?

I took the glass out so I could get the regulator out to grease it up and check it, as for the advice I'm not ignoring any of it, the only load it has is the window the rubbers can be taken from the equation as they are not interfering, I don't have any spare wire to run direct from the battery...

    freelander 1 front window motors

I need a pair front window motors 2000 freebie that work under load (mine work just not with the glass in), looking to pay about £25 quid for the pair plus post as the new full reg with motor is only about £35 ..

    Window regulators / tight glass?

I think we've narrowed it to the motors them selves. Are the motors available on their own without the full regulators?

    Window regulators / tight glass?

Finally got around to a test today and both are receiving 15v both up and down so can I assume both motors have given up?

    Window regulators / tight glass?

yep wires are all good and as I beleive there's a a bcc or ccm I think it might be on the freelander 1 the switch wires would only control that as spot lamps go through a switched relay etc..

    Window regulators / tight glass?

I wish it was the rubber, I know it's not them as it fails before it reaches them

    Window regulators / tight glass?

originally the front left was the major issue and the front right worked but tbh it was slower and I though it was just me, but now over time the drivers is poor also still better but still requires help to seal properly, I remeber when I swapped the console out and extended the switch wires...

    Window regulators / tight glass?

I'm guessing it will be the same as the disco diagram I posted a link to above switch controls a unit-unit controls windows reversing polarity for up and down?

    Window regulators / tight glass?

I had part of the outer strip out off so there was no contact with the rubber at all as soon as I add the weight of the glass it's just not interested, I'd buy some new regulators but I don't want to spend the cash if its something else, but I can't find an answer if there's a control unit for...

    Window regulators / tight glass?

That also does no extra as the window can stop b4 it makes it to the rubbers so there's no interference from anything.. and the glass has never been out drivers side has been replaced that's all and worked fine for ages

    Window regulators / tight glass?

right had them both out and I think there's a power issue because both work fine and run free when there's no glass , I've lubed them up pretty good cables look really good aswell (I know there's bit you can't see in the sleeves but I can't hear anything snagging or stretching) the left moter...
