Me and my brother lifted bumper and winch away a small one and it was a bloody struggle between the two of us. Then plus the weight of the pto unit. It is a lot of weight for something that gets used once in a blue moon. So is that all I need, a simple plate and gasket will just bolt in place...

Evening all. Reviving an old thread here but saves starting another. I'm removing the pto winch on my 110. Now I assume that by doing this I will be left with a big gaping hole in the transfer box. Is there a blank off kit that I need to purchase? If anybody else has done this and knows what...

Scratch that. I thought they wer captive within chassis. Turns out they are on bumper. Ignore me an my daft arse questions. Cheers all.

Yes. Pretty sure it's coniston green but there seems to be various shades. Goin to a place this weekend with one of those fancy colour code guns. Hopefully that sorts it.

I couldn't be arsed to be honest. I use my 110 for what she was built for. Don't see the point in fancy paint jobs. I just want to paint the rear door the same colour as the rest as its blue because the old one rotted to bits.

It seems the manufacturers are pretty clueless. I have asked an they all just seem to think the hole centres for securing the winch are all that matters?!? I'm a fabricator/welder by trade so making one isn't a problem. But for the price u can pick one up it hardly seems worth the hassle.
