I have a 110 with a 200tdi engine & box conversion (bought to replace our Jeep Cherokee) and a Hilux Surf 3.0Td SSRG. Cave houses can be bought nowadays from around 20k, for reform of course!

There's 1000's of them here, some fully reformed others derelict and some just needing some tlc. All year round temp of about 18 Deg and in the summer when it's 50 deg C outside it's the people living in houses that wish they had a cave ;)

I actually quite like Guildford, we even looked at moving down that way before finally deciding to come to Spain. Ahhh the summer days spent at the Lido :cool:
