No your torque setting will not be effected!!! But as said above, remember to wind down the wrench after use!!! and don't wind it down all the way till it stops, this too will wreck it and throw the calibration out!

I had the same problem with the Hazards and non operating central locking! I ended up fitting replacement reciever from scrapped 300tdi disco and now works fine!!
