Cheers guys. Just noticed that MM4x4 do a wheel brace, its in the Defender/90/110 section under accessories so I'm guessing that'll do the job nicely.

Can anyone confirm what size the wheel nuts will be on my 1988 90 please? It didn't come with a wheel nut wrench or jack so I need to get some as soon as possible. Does anyone know who sells suitable sized wrenches?

Just measured my 90 pickup for ya, and its near enough 112 cm/44 inches (111.5cm to be exact) between the two centres of the large holes on the side.

It think it was a TD originally rather than a petrol. Would that make any difference? I'll find out exactly what it was changed from on Sunday when I speak to the guy, but I'm fairly certain it was a diesel on the V5 to begin with and still is, just a newer diesel :D
