    Agree with checking whole car as I took it away, but a brake pipe going from slightly corroded to excessively when not being used and in the garage? Plus the poor service on the phone couldn't even tell me the issues!!

    Having done one side of rear brake pipes, I have now moved round to other side and have noticed a pipe retaining clip to chassis missing? Had a look around internet and found a website but they want £0.63 which I thought was good, but add on p&p and it becomes over £5!! Any ideas where I can get...

    I filled up brake fluid reservoir and basically waited for leaks, then slowly tightened union to stop leak, only slight adjustments needed, once done tested brakes and all is good

    I have already done pipe with the single flare, my reply was because I misread trax's reply I read up on this and it does use a single flare as you said. It is not on yet as I need to replace flexi hose this week, once done I can put together

    I appreciate what I said, and your response, removing bolts can be difficult if as in this case they are seized on, and thanks to irishrover for the advice.
