Hey all... I've just joined this forum after recently relocating from the Middle East. I've owned mostly V8 D2's and must admit, I love them! Now, I looked high and low for a good D2 here in blighty and managed to buy a 02 Metropolis in super condition, a stack of service... both roofs working...

I've had 4 x brake pads and discs changed a few months back plus two front wheel bearings. I had the EGR blanked on a V8 previously - any advice on getting this done on my TD5? What about a full engine flush? I think I've got a coolant problem as I need to top up about a litre every few...

Thanks for your reply. The garage may simply do the job for a service and nothing more.....and not look for anything in particular. That's why I'm asking the question.... so I can ask them to check things that may not be in a service.
