Did you take the cover off of the motor it's self? I done this to mine and put it back on the wrong way around. Then as you said window works in reverse. Just took it back off and turned it 180 degrees and all back to normal.

Did ya manage to have a look? I had a look at mine and found if I was inside the boot and held the spring loaded white connector (sorry don't know what the tec term is) the window would drop:confused: What does this contraption do? I can get the glass to drop every time if I hold the darn...

On mine the cables seam to release but the glass will not drop. If (once the handle has been released) I pull the glass down by hand it will drop the 15-20mm to allow me to open it??? And then if you shut the door the glass will rise like it should. So no problem getting it up!!!

I've got the same problem but only just replaced the cables?? It's got me beat!!!
