just wonderd is it normal for heaters to take so long to heat up i can drive my landy 30 odd miles befor heaters work or temprature guage moves this is on a zu zu engine that has no cooling fan and still never overheats just sits under a qurter on guage even after 300 mile jorney just never gets...

i have 1988 defender 110 with one rotten body mount. can anyone tell me are these bolted or welded , shop says some are bolted but ones on car are welded can i change for bolted sorry thats a rear off side

when it comes to landys i know jack **** , but im learning (its called liserning)

im an ex aa man (or failed mechanic) my old rangee used to start on gas but had less power than a granie carbs are the prob not set up right try liserning to advise you can learn loads from peaple how have experience (not qulifications)

in prosses of buying e reg 110 defender with Isuzu 4J 2.8l TD engine fitted. this engine any good . oh and will an e reg have power stearing thanks

thinking of upgrading to defender 3.5 from disco 200 tdi dose anyone know average fual consumption for 110 3.5 as ive heard some horrific storys. i know im not going to get same as im used to but need to change as my family has out grown disco

can i use disco with rear prop only as front prop uj has gone and i need to use to pick up new one it drives in dif lock but i dont want to do any more damage so can i use the car in dif lock

have had squeaky noise but only intermitantly tryed to move front prop by hand but seems to be no give will try jerry in ujs thanks

thanks will check but dont think its wheels as only happens in gear under strain or at speed

can anyone tell me how to check if prip has gone as i have developed a large vibration at speed or under strain but there seems to be no play in props if not props what eles could it be
