    K Series seemed like a good idea at the time!!! I've investigated and now pointing to output brgs in IRD unit to lh front drive shaft! Wife also just tried to open passenger window while it was frozen shut and wrecked pulleys and cables in door!:ballchain:

    Thanks for that, I did check the inner cv and didn't seem to be any movement on it but getting 2 - 3 mm lift on drive hub that comes out of IRD.I'll have to check VCU to make sure that its slipping ok, rear tyres have only done about 1k and fronts are almost shot so will be a fair dia...

    Its the drive shaft to lh front, after some more investagating on this site it sounds like it could be caused by a vcu problem. I'll have to check it when i get back from out here (offshore). IRD will still need looked aty as getting noisier. Any info you have on this or anyone else it would be...
