Hello - hope you can help me - my '02 Freelander 1.8 petrol has developed a problem whereby the rear door window will not stay shut - it gets to the top on the console switch and then immediately falls again. At this point there is a beeping. It will also rise with the ignition key in the rear door handle but again falls to the bottom once it has reached the top and beeps. To use the vehicle I have had to remove the rear window fuse.On putting the fuse back in, the window will remain at the top until the door is opened and then it falls to the bottom. have alredy changed wiper motor as someone suggested that this might be the problem. It has made no difference.
