    Which Freelander

Another one here with a 5dr Td4 Sport Manual, best car i have ever owned! Had to pull a recovery off the drive this morning, massive grin on my face. Great mpg too, would also be interested in what a difference chipping has made to the MPG? Make sure you get one with service history etc!

Do you regret buying a Freelander?

No regrets here, wish I'd bought one sooner, true off roader without the nob head/small penis badge the disco and Range Rover carries!!! Awesome.

    Disco Buying advice!

Just wondering what's the maximum dick length needed to own a disco? I've heard the average is 3" but confused as the dealership state 2.5"? Coming from a Freelander I obviously don't have anything to prove and my dick is so massive no one will sell me a disco. Hoping someone on here...

    "L" series or td4?

Just don't but a Risk'o disco If you want to drive in snow, they just fall off the road and carry the "small dick syndrome" badge. (see what I did, it's just a play on words). Some on here have even gone on to develop the more serious "small and Ginger man syndrome" which ultimately leads to...

So who had fun in the snow then????

Well my mate ended up taking the van back home safely. The disco driver had to rush back to change his pants lol.

So who had fun in the snow then????

My mates just pulled a disco out of a ditch in his LS200, it was trying to pull a van down the road in the snow but slid of the road instead. Gotta admit, they do try haha.

So who had fun in the snow then????

    which 18" tyres?

Hi mate, I went for the Falken Stz01 at £117 a corner fitted. Haven't really heard any difference in road noise but then every road around here is covered in snow. Need a dry road to hear properly. The alternatives were the Pirelli Scorpion str's but they were about £70 each corner more...

    Aren't Freelanders great?

Jeez theres some proper ***** on this forum. For the more normal amongst us, I agree the freelander is awesome for this type of weather! I actually had to drive through 1.5ft of snow in the car park at work today, it didn't have the ground clearance but that didn't stop it. I stood...

    which 18" tyres?

I got the falkens fitted today (all 4) and have to say its like driving a different beast. Now it powers through the snow on hills and lanes. No real need for dedicated winter tyres IMHO. Well worth it.

    which 18" tyres?

Er ok, I called my local 4x4 specialists earlier (not that local) to see what they recommend, they disagreed with the new pair on the back or replace all 4 theory stating it as a myth even to the point of saying they'd put their neck on the line and gaurantee no problems. Incidentally I have...
