Hiya people, i have a 200tdi in my defender..... the problem im havin is that on one of the litle fuel lines running between my injectors it is leaking fuel fairly badly. Its not a crappy pipe because ive put a new bit in and its actualy coming out around the end of the pipe. its been doin it...

hi there got a defender 90 1986 200tdi conversion with lt77 gearbox had a bit of a clunk on pull away for a while now... replaced the front prop initialy and this cured the problem for a while however now its back and it happens wenever i pull away or press the clutch when moving. i have noticed...

hey guys ive just changed all the big end shells on my 200tdi but i cant seem to find any where what torque setting to use when putting the conrod back together also should i use loc tite? cheers people;)

actualy while im thinkin bout it..... shells, is it better to replace with new ones or reuse the ones already there because that have worn with the crank?

hey guys just a quick question here, currently in the process of changing out a bent conrod in my 200tdi after hydrolocking.... was just wondering if there is any problem with using a second conrod as a replacement or does it have to be a brand new one? just wondering if the way the bearings...

ok thanks guys, so what your saying is i can fit the 300 in place of the 200 if i mod the engine mounts. and that it will go on the gear box but not all the bolts can be used. but you rekon that i would just be better of sellin it and tryin to find a 200?
