    Handbrake warning light.

    Hi, the handbrake warning light on my classic is staying on, have removed the switch and earthed the wires, but it still stays on. Where do the two black and white wires from the switch go to, and what can be the cause.Thanks.:doh:

    Wont start(the story continues)

    Today tried another E.C.U. engine fired but would not run. Then it was a a day of swopping plugs, leads, dizzy caps,all resulting in different outcomes, sometimes it fired, then it didnt, sometimes a spark, then there wasnt.     Still wont start.

    It turns over ok. What happened was, I drove it up some ramps, took the sump off to fit a new gasket, fitted new filter, rolled it back off the ramps, put the oil in, turned the key and it would not fire up.
