Right been messing about with the heating in the car, with the temp set at hot or cold with the blower on i get cold air out of the front of the dash. When i switch it to windscreen i get nothing,on hot or cold. If i turn the blower off, while driving along at a good speed i get hot air coming...

Right its a 1991 Discovery TDI with a/c My problem is iv just managed to get the blower working, but i can't get any air threw the windscreen vents. Iv searched the forum, and the only thing i can find is something about a vacuum pipe, but not very clear about this.

Hi, thanks for replys, just thought id change the m/c as i new my one was good, and yes the brakes bleed straight up.. Never felt so good..:) Lets see how long i can drive it before the next thing goes wrong.;)

Hi all, I been seaching, but can not find my simptons. The problem is iv just changed the servo & master cylinder. When bleeding the front brakes, no fluid comes out of the top nipple, fluid comes out of the lower to nipples very slow. Im using a easy bleed & im doing the inner 2 first...

Had a feeling they may have been on the same fuse, but they are in a different percision. As for the trailer socket, had this apart, looked very corrided & rusty so iv changed the plug to illiminate the plug.

Yes, iv checked those plugs, all good. On my fuse cover, can't workout which one is for the brake lights, yes would be greatful if you would have a look when you get a chance. Thanks.

Do you mean the plugs to the stalk? Been messing about with it today, just relised there are no brake lights as well. Any idea which fuse is for the brake light,wondered weather it was on the same fuse. Checked the fuses under the column, all seem ok. :confused:

The fuse for the indicators keeps blowing when left or right indicator used. No good on the old electrics, the only thing i would think to do, would be change the wiper stalk, thought it would be worth asking on here before i spend money on the wrong item. Advise needed please, i have just picked up a 1992 Tdi. The problem is the heater blower only works with the a/c on, once a/c turn to off the blower stops. Please help, as feet getting very cold.
