Ok I fitted the parts. I fitted a new valve cover gasket and expansion tank hose. The push fit I ordered from Atlantic British was the wrong one. It's the LZN 100309 L. It's a 8mm push fit but the part I needed was 11 mm and is not provided by AB. I ended up buying a push fit at a local...

I ended up going wth the plastic fits. I'm gonna end up paying someone to pop those fits and fit the new one back on.

I just ordered the parts from Atlantic British and received my tracking info today. I didn't have the proper size tap for the job :( but I have to work out something out.

My kv6 is at 138000 and running fine. Just have to repair some stuff but engine wise it's running like a my 73 Chevy (strong)

I believe the mesh does work as a filter also. I'm gonna try chisel it out.

Isn't the heater hose on the bottom hose on the radiator? I'm talking about the bit with the blue wires. Sorry guys shoul of said that in the description ;)

I thought about sawing off the top part of the PCV pipe and pushing it threw with a rubber mallet but the PCV pipe is secured all te way around and some sticks out of the hole as shown on the picture. It's really frustrating I tried muscling it out but that was a no lol that metal part holds this.

Sorry for all the questions recently and many thanks to all the kind anwsers given :) so is this the bleed screw? It's on the very bottom hose on my radiator. Once again my freebie is a v6 2003 3 door :)

Yeah I'm trying to remove the other part. So maybe try a screw driver. It's hard to pull out because they have these metal pieces facing outward.
