Right then I have one 90 hub on the front left and a Disco one on the right. Which is the best? I want matching hubs, do i change the 90 for another Disco one or get rid of the disco one for another 90 unit. That will be interesting to see as i was going to make another heater for the back, thinking of "T"ing into the heater water pips and make a box up with another fan to take another heater matrix.

Mine was great loads of heat its just that the electric fan has gone and bust that was thinking that maybe the later TD5 ones were better. If not i'll just get a replacement electric motor for it.

Will a TD5 heater fit a 90? Thinking that it would buyt just checking if anybody knows for sure. Also are TD5 heaters better than 90 early Defender units. As my heater fan has burnt out wondered if a TD5 was a upgrade to a better unit.

Yeh sealed beam would sort it but are crap, had them as a nipper in Minis, fitted the H4 for that reason and yes the spots on the bar also fill up with water and those are Landrover ones. Trouble is will have to change them out for the MOT later as no doubt the tester will say below light out...

Try a new Oil Pressure switch. Thats what I had when mine did that, mate said they alway go. Put a new one in problem went away. Before i did that went to a 4x4 place they said it was the camshaft end bush and the engine would need to come out!!

Well it was a TD but now its been converted to TDi 200. So will the bolt pattern around the rad area be the same as for a TD5?

Will a complete TD5 rad and Intercooler fit a TD? or do I need to mess about with home made mounting brackets. The Td is already running a 200 TDi Disco engine and i have already lowered the original rad mounts, but as i need a new rad was thinking of upgrading the intercooler at the same time.
