If you can take your door card off, get your hand in and pull the hinges/mechanisms, mine got stuck with the hinge that the push button on the handle hits, if you can find that then pull it and it should open. Otherwise theres a couple of videos on youtube of where to look, and grab some wd40...

Factory carpet removal, getting behind seatbelt bolts, wd40 on the old adhesive and some paint prep. I think Ill take my time on this as I hate the scratching away at old glue bit. Does anyone have any top tips? Should I borrow the other halfs hairdryer ??

This seems to have solved my issue too, after 30 minutes of WD40 soaking in it is co-operating :)

Did you ever fix this, I have the same issue, there is a latch against the door skin (im on a rear passenger door) and if you pop this latch towards the inside of the car the door opens but not otherwise. Im a bit stumped with this one...:scratching_chin:

More sanding again, and filling and more sanding, not far left now, just 3 panels thank god. Then got bored and decided to clean the rear out instead of using it as a shed, then gave it a blast with the air line and let the dyson loose on it. Then decided it was a good idea to sand and prime...

Cracked the screen! damn it Also more wobbly sills removed and bolts snapped Researched new screen + fit :D

Front end final sand and fill & prime except window surround and vents + front to back offside filling of doors and wings

Yeah I did notice, searching yielded nothing useful, wondering if x 2 offside springs would work. Old threads relevant to old motors :D
