    i have wound my actuator in 11 full turns it is now safely running 13psi very smoothly giving me that extra power i need due to the size of my tyres, spools quicker and up long hills i dont loose power

    Day 4 just cutting out the rust above the rear passenger wheel arch and the rust spot by the drivers wheel arch will be welding the plates on there tmrw

    im intreagued as to what to do with mine yesterday i polished all the metal bits, gonna replace the turbo hoses with samco ones and maybe the water hoses too so post up pictures of yours so i can pinch some ideas heres mine at the moment

    screwdriver pop the little spot welds off then drill the holes at the bottom out rivet them back one back on again and window sealer at the top to seal it up

    DAY 2 Boot corner just getting the angle grinder on the case cutting it back taking the body work off welding a plate on there

    like ur point of view im with ya on that one had an integra type r before this one everything was extortionate snap a bolt u can only buy the part from honda and its gonna be at least £19 for 1 bolt

    mines been brilliant i have a 200tdi with 199,950 on the clock and it loves it starts up doesnt smoke i have it on a 1990 plate so 3 doors and no sunroof, no leaks bangs or clunks just prime time for putting modifications on it

    4 options get ur battery checked, dodgy earth, check ur altenator is charging ur battery properly or last replace the starter motor

    also here the little bit in the corner of the boot door by the hinges thats prone to rust i noticed it was bubbling so bashed it through wire brushed it down tried to cut all the loose bits off the guy before had coted this with filler hoping it would last! Fool!
