Don't expect more power as such just a smoother engine just after startup during warm up and generally smoother running. This must be good for mechanical longevity.

Thanks James ...... have you done this particular job before???? I think I will mark the pinion in relation to nut....gingerly remove. Slide prop flange off... fit seal as you suggest ........ and then put back and retighten to mark - using torque seal.

According to Alisport ..... power should come in lower ...... bhp aroud 12 - 15 - torque around 20-25flbs - power should also hold up at higher revs as intercoolers flow is better. I suppose its not massive power but it right in the most usefull drivable range. I am very tempted...

Hi - great advice.......... Re VCU put it in reverse and go backwards with a really tight lock.....if it feels really tight like you have the handbrake 3/4 on - then VCU is probably too tight.... you should notice just a small amount of resistance.... IRD check for oil leaks and get truck...
