The spacer rings are on eBlag, and you can probably pickup the nuts on there. IIRC D2 Nuts are a 27mm socket D3/D4 are 22mm.

IIRC the stud pattern is the same, you need new nuts and spacer rings as the hubs are a little larger than the D2.

Yup, either the valve body or the casting it sits into. Remember the fuel is under quite a bit of pressure and over time this can cause weak points to go!

They're fiddly, but not overly so. A decent sized engineers vice will suffice if you don't have a vice.

You could go down the slightly iffy route of the NAS Spec 2" Receiver towbar for the D2 and get a bike rack that fits into that made up. (I say iffy due to the lack of type approval in the UK, but it's still sold over the counter by LR)

Hrm, interesting, well the sealing washer on the fuel temp sensor is ERR6192, but not heard of that failing before! Have you got the right gasket on it? There are two gaskets for the EU02/10P engine.

If his vehicle is pre-EU03/15P engined then he'll only need two of the three smaller o-rings (as they go on the two, or three pipes).
