I'v done my 90 out with foil coated bubble wrap, builders use it as insulation in stud walls, **** easy to cut and fix in place n warm as fook.

Not tried them but i have seen them at a couple of landy shows they're well made far better than the mud dash i think and reasonably priced too

Best way = loads of wd40, fookin big bar, n patience if you grind the heads off then you will NOT get them out at all. If you have access to oxy-accetelene then you could try gently warming the threaded end.

:welcome2: Try fleabay for up grade kits for your lights theres loads of halogen and xenon kita available. You could try new blades but guess you have done that already? dont know of any mods for the wipers but im betting someone on here will.

Still be cheaper to rebuild that one methinks buy a dog rough runabout till ya have it fixed, failing that try ebay or local car auctions.

For that kinda money you could rebuild ya fooked one on a galvo chassis, much more fun to do too!

Just replaced my clutch in my 200tdi had to remove the gearbox anyways cos it was fooked, i took the interior out and floor panels, seats, the lot!! Wasnt a bad job to do just a pain in the ass.

Hey guys, im doing the out riggers this weekend and the plan is to jack the 90 up and put axle stands under the chassis and the axle and remove the radius arm to gain a bit more room to work the grinder. Is this likely to lead to problems?? or shall i just struggle on with the limited space?. Ta

The 200 tdi motor is strong enough to be barely run in by then, and if ya refurbing it you can get it sorted any ways. While you're at the scrappers grab the rear axle off the disco for your 90, its a straight swap, that will fettle the rear brakes, the fronts can be sorted by using the...

Sounds ok, there can be quite a bit of play in the linkage, is your diff lock warning light illuminated?. If you have been driving like this for a while then its safe to say its ok otherwise you would have blown your axles

Got a 90 myself with modular steel wheels, not too sure bout the freestyles on drums tho. theres loads of threads on here bout wheels do a search and ye shall find
