Hi I had this problem with my p38 diesel auto it used to snatch and the engine used to cut out I think my problem was the gearbox oil was not good quality I live in spain and you do not know what you are buying I changed the filter and oil and have not had the problem since hope this helps

Great thanks a lot will sleep better now the reason I changed filter and oil is I get no drive when car has been stood have to leave it running for about 5 mins before I get any drive changing oil and filters hasnt made any difference any ideas

Hi I locked mine when I took the head off after overheating and I found that only one hole locks the engine solid the others there is slight movement hope this helps

Hi Rafe my car is a 1996 2.5 DSE and I was told that the 2 figures are 12% and 14% but I was not told what year it changes if you look at my previous reply you will see that the figure was 42100 x12% 505.20

Ok looking at it now it was actually 42100 x 12% =505.20 hope this clears it up
