Disconnect the battery before you start just in case. My barrel is on located on the dash so easy (too easy for tinkers) access. I'm going to change mine too as it takes a certain technique to get it to work plus only one key and getting another key cut isn't too different to a new barrel...

Thats for part number RRC3966 which is about half the length of the one I'm after, just a mini version. I've got 4 of them (RRC3966) now as the site I bought from had RRC3966 as superseding the part I wanted but they've now changed the website as it clearly isn't.
