Thanks will have a go with the wire speed on tests metal.

What would you advice ? When I turned the power up to the next setting started to push holes in the steel. I have four setting on a 150amp Kennedy it's 1-2 and max-min I run it at min-2 for those welds at wire 5.5.cheers

That's my crap welding better after flap wheel though. I did the normal welding practice and ended up in casualty (arc eye) my family though it very funny. The welds are quite strong but no pretty. Cheers
