Thanks Trax may try contact adheasive on the other vent when I have repainted it. Dose anyone recommend a good oil for the gearbox transfer box and diff also is thier a guide to changing oil on the swivels they feel ok but want to make sure all the oil is renewed while its of the road Cheers

ok tried the double sided tape on the vent seal, it has fixed it but the seal dose hold the vent out more than before. Also cleaned the hinges ready for painting. Will need to respray the other vent as it picked up a thumb print before it was dry

Looking good wish I had replaced the footwells on my series 3 but they have been repaire by someone before and are serviceable if not pretty! Keep at it cheers

Had it easy as the tank was new when I got the Land Rover so had been fitted before. The guy who sold it said he had problems with it.

fitted all seat box bolts and seatbelt bracket all seems to line up so far!!! Cheers
