Which pipes are you strugling with?

Your disco box will be a 4 bolt so if it is a 6 in your 90 fit it, pipes from disco should even work too, if you have them off disco.

Each to thier own but I find the high top centre box to high and awkward , try and sit in one that has one before you buy one. As I say could be just me I am quite a big lad that maybe does not help.

Adwest is oem in fact a new box from land rover comes with adwest on tag instead of land rover.

The pumps are not mounted on the same way on both engines and are different pumps so you will need pipes for your 300 or get some made, you say the pipes fit the box but presumably they are the pipes that came out of box so will fit the problem you may have is that if you have a 6 bolt box they...

I think the pipes that fit the 300 may not fit a 6 bolt box.

I would try changing o-rings before changing matrix, fidly but doable in place without dash removal.

sounds like sensor fault or small hole possible in feed pipe. does corner drop on to bump stop or just fall low? Does your reader give you dynamic readings so that you can see what is happening?

Another name for them is "plastic nut-lockut". If you cant find these u-nuts or j-nuts will do the job for you.

Nice to hear positive out come, as has allready been said you will need new rf box. Do you have a key 1 and key 2?

On some models I think the rear wash and wipe are on seperate switches, but think you would probably of sussed that, any chance of pics?

TD4 freelander far more reliable and very able for mild offroading and winter use. Know of many including other halfs that has never let us down in snow ect and returns reasonable mpg.

if you are pushed for time you can bend terminals so they push down on the board, it wont last forever but will get you through test.

Depends on the tester, they are allowed anything they think is not up to standard but if you have the fail sheet they might be lazy and just check the fails. fingers crossed

Put key in door, lock door then press lock button, unlock door then press open button repeat lock. do not remove key untill finished.

Have seen problems with the three door ones, more to go wrong. How do you find pass seat, does it go further back than drivers?

New garage will have to do complete test.

Have either of you driven any other discos? They are all the same so if this one feels differant may be a previos poor repair ect. Is it 3 or 5 door?

If there is an extra inch to use you may as well use it.
