Not sure about re-mapping not looked into it yet, but there is a "how to " on the forum on how to boost some power by tuning the pump, It is a lot easier to change the pipe if you have it on rams or good axle stands.But care should be taken as some de-cat pipes dont have a "flexi part" and can...

Well i did the egr and the de-cat pipe, and i saw a marked improvement. and for less than £30 outlay for the two,, its a no brainer..

If you can find another caliper that you know is a good one,,its only an hours job to change it over, just done the exact same thing myself on Monday, and then as you say rebuild the other at your leasure. Best of luck :D:D

Sounds to me like you have a small seep on the seal of the said caliper,, Might be a good idea to remove the wheel and have a good look,, But of course it will entail stripping the caliper down if it is leeking,, but its not a big job and you will have piece of mind knowing it has been done...
