injectors are not coded so they can be swapped :)

is this the same as when you turn the engine off, the pedal gives you a couple of presses before going hard, if so, sounds like a servo or vacuum problem

I know from auto data tightening torque is 100nm. Followed by 60 deg, 60deg then 30deg undoing, try a longer breaker bar :) It is standard thread, not reverse too

if the 3rd party has admitid liability, it should have nothing to do with your insurance, the key fact is, he reversed in to your stationary vehicle, has his insurer contacted you?, as you should not have to be dealing with your own insurer at all..

sounds like an earth fault, is the "clicking" similar to an indicator relay?

Die grinder or dremel, cut a slot in the bolt, then large screwdriver or other flat bladed object, I.e chisel wedge in slot and turn with mole grips or some other method of applying leverage, Make sure well soaked in penetrating fluid and to save paint try cold shock instead of heat, I.e co2...

I'd still double check turbo and an easy way to check for water in exhaust is hold a mirror up against " white smoke" from exhaust and see if u get much condensation :)

I'd just make sure all oil has been flushed out of the inter cooler aside from that as no sign of swarf in inlet pipes should be good hopefully
