Hi I'm new so please be patient? I have a 1990 200tdi 90 and I would like to fit disc brakes to the rear, would 2001 TD5 axles fit straight on ? What spline are they? And what mods would I need to do? I have tried the search feature but can't find anything to do with TD5 axles Thanks Chris

My chassis is good except for the rear crossmember and front outriggers, I was looking for another chassis to make into a rolling chassis then swap my body onto but I think I may strip and weld mine and get it galvanised, they do it local to me and I've been told they charge about £300 to do it...

That's a good question top drive, i will check and check again I've no interest in anything dodgy, If it's all ok how do I get the chassis number sorted out?,it's got to be completely legal for me

So is it just the fuel tank and engine mounts? I'm not worried about moving the fuel tank to the back.
