Thank you both, it was £125 +p&p from ManTec. There’s a link in my signature. It’s easy to fit and the main rack itself can be removed in minutes leaving just a bracket either side. It’s great for keeping frequently carried kit clear of the load area and storing a fire extinguisher....!

I’d be very interested in your first hand view of changing back to air springs please. My D2 was changed to coils and I’m seriously thinking about trying to change it back. For those in the know, is there a way to check the system before buying the bags to make sure it’s working? I have a nanocom.

I’ve recently fitted a Troop 3 rack from Direct 4x4. They do multiple fitting kits for it and I’m sure they’ll do one to suit you. It’s big, that’s for sure!! I wouldn’t be surprised if you could fit two roof tents on it!

Is there any way of updating the firmware of a module (without complete replacement)? my D2 premium ES was sold on 1st March so I’m assuming it missed the update mentioned above?

I’ve no doubt of that!! :eek:o_O I have suspected it to be heat related however it is reassuring the fault disappeared after investigation in the reported area at fault. I’m not that worried about it, I just don’t like lights on my dash. :confused:

I don’t like it when I ‘fix’ a fault without actually finding a fault.... I had a look around under the seat and thankfully due to the bright yellow sleeve it was easy to spot and follow the wire. I gave it a gentle tug at the plug (secure) and felt along as much of the wire as I could and...

First things first, have you used a proper diagnostic (such as nanocom etc) unit to read the fault code as there are other causes apart from the shuttle valve. I believe it should be possible to do the “option B” mod without full removal. Try searching option b.

Just had my D2 regassed at ATS for £35 with a groupon voucher and it’s amazing!! They have an up to date machine that does a vacuum hold test before filling. Mine was fine but only had about 150ml of refrigerant left out of 750ml and it was contaminated. Well worth £35 in my book!!
