so in other words the electric fan is only used when the engine is too hot ? is it wired to a switch in the cab area ?

you alright mark glow plugs havent arrived been waitng 3 weeks reported the company to ebay left horrible feedback but still out of pocket so a trip to 4plusfour or what ever there called is in order i think... my battery new battery should arrive tomorrow so that should help..... as for the...

i have done a search but im not getting any answers that makes sence :confused: hopefully someone on here knows the answer to my problem..... just been watching my engine (checking for leaks) and realised my fan is always spinning ? is this the norm or is there something wrong that i should...

i have this exact problem kicks out loads you can actually collect the soot ina bucket but once its run its fine. a clever bloke on this site said to use some injector cleaner in the fuel which has been working a bit but its still not great i have been told to decat it.... because apparently...

im up for this know a couple of other lads up for it too. and if the disco doesnt start i'll get a tow.... its all for a good cause!!!!

hi all ive got an oil leak in a strange place had 2 mechanics look at it and still no joy.... hoping someone may have a clue ? its coming out somewhere near the alternator ? its a discovery 300tdi, ive steamed it a few times, run it and no sign of a leak.... drive it for a bit and oil...

i was thinking of just replacing what ive already got on.... 235/70/16 colway c-tracks i think they are..... they do alright off road.... and just get some part worn road/all terrain for road driving to put on my alloys..... i dont know whats best really....:confused:

kirton is awsome not actually driven it yet but been a few times with mates.... really good site though.... im planning on going in the new year when ive done some mods. dont fancy going there too standard....
