Trying to remove broken bump stop. Is there a bolt holding it in, as it won't budge.

AFAIK that only does the central locking. What he's described is engine immobiliser. Need key in ignition and turned on, then press button. Mine did it a while back.

Probably the little clips the screws go into that hold plenum etc down. They have a foam pad that deteriorate over time. AWR1675

Thanks Grrrrrr . Ive had a crawl under her today and yes, it looks like the donut coupling spider is too big. What a shame. Sprayed plusgas on all bolts today. Hopefully it will go ok on Friday, weather permitting.

Just after a little info please. I am wanting to change over my rear propshaft to another one i have. Do i need to remove the propshaft guard at the gearbox end? I would rather not as its likely to have seized bolts. Cheers

My alternator is at 13.8v. Dont have problems with charging or battery. It is a diesel though.
