i am up in kirkstall, but i work in stourton, so both north and south Leeds are covered. I will also have a look on youtube. i use it quite often for how to's, but have to confess that i hadnt thought about it for this...

a couple of weeks into defender ownership, and i am finding a few electrical issues on my 110- nothing unexpected and nothing mission critical! I am wondering whether a multimeter might be a useful tool, in diagnosing what the problem may be on components, but that is the limit of my knowledge...

Are there any part suppliers who will have the normal defender parts in stock in Leeds, or is the best bet mail order from Rimmers/Paddocks/Craddock etc? I am after some door barrels to start with, but i dont doubt that i will need other bits in the coming months, not least some door repair...

I have just bought a defender, but have found that i have no sidelights, front or rear. one headlight works, and both rears, so i assume that I need to replace a bulb for the missing headlight. Where do I start with the sidelight problem- I cant believe that it is 4 blown bulbs! cheers Mark

hi everybody. just bought my first defender, to be used as a daily drive and for lugging timber and beehives about. It is a 110 200tdi csw. currently white, but i plan to coach paint it with one of the heritage greens in the summer.
