Seems like there is a bit of confusion regarding the peak protest about the closing of chapel gate. Is it still on? Are people still going? Is it still on the agenda? Its only a few days away and we need to know. Anyone? Thanks Al.:)

I was thinking if you needed to make something more permanent and had an expedition going landy. You could wrap some 10mm copper pipe around your exhaust and with a small pump ( the type found on cars cooling systems ie 12v) circulate into a suitable tank and whilst you drive your heating up...

Trying to re arrange an appointment at work so I can go to this. How can you moan if lanes get shut because when you had a chance to stand up and be counted you did nothing. If you can get a day off or can get there, make the effort. Stand up and be counted!

Too true blue! At times like these the bobblies would love to jump on a story about 4x4 drivers fighting with farmers etc over driving on a lane. We ALL have to bite our tounges sometimes and dissolve the situation and not get dragged into a situation that can only go against us. Just wish all...

Being an ex doorman I know how to deal with situations like that no matter the out come. I could understand where he was coming from as his animals are his livelyhood not just a hobby like me up that lane but he shouldn't be telling people they shouldn't be there and threatening to commit...
