put new seals in my badly leaking brake calliper. seves me right for buyin cheap seals first time :doh:.

washed doon my 90 after a torx screw came loose lettin the o-ring pop oot from behind the weee plate on the side of the injector pump lettin it spray oot aboot half a tank of deesil all underneath un up the back

got a shot of a pressure bleeder an got my clutch bled , so heres hopin thats solved my clutch prob. and it was blooody cold oot there.

do a search and you'll find most of what you want to know has been on here before

cheers will check that out. have also found that there seems to be air in the system now for some reason , there aint no clutch presure at all now. to get a shot of a preasure bleeder tomorrow so will see how it goes from there . cheers

clutch pedal has lost pressure till about the last quarter of travel, have put a new clutch in march approx 10.000klm use, replaced masterr cylinder in may when the old one started to leak. theres no sign of leakage at the slave cylinder any thoughts on possible causes of pressure loss, cheers

since every ons got a spider, a black cable tie as a bracket to hold the air filter box, 200 tdi

a real live spider, which evens makes webs. :D

removed the sump and put another back on due to the originol havvin a hole where it shouldn't. put some 15/30 agri oil in , new filter , an new feul filter. so thats it serviced.

its not the same wheel, but I have range rover alloys on mine and have no probs on or off road. sorry no pics

fitted a new mirror, and got the 90 an mot , which it passed :D

any body got the bracket clamp bit that holds the air filter body onto the wing of a defender cause I could do with one please, that would be a spare one and preferably not off some one elses pride and joy ha ha :)

none. unless you want to change the gear box oil while your doing the clutch. dexron 111 or synthetic gear oil . i used the difflock stuff which is good but expensive

drained the gear box and transfer box oil , put some new oil in canny believe what a differance its made to me 90, easier gear change and seems to pull a bit better. well chuffed :D

adrian flux , real easy to deal with and were the cheapist for me.

it wouldnae be fir keepin cammo net on (the extra cleats) so it does nae come off , it being a millatry motor

cheers for that thought , was there to see injectors tested and all were functioning fine in the testing machine. engine doesn't burn oil that i know off hoping the new washers will give a better seal on the injectors and will take it from there.
