Yep have still got it! Just in the process of removing the drivetrain before sending the rest for scrap.

Still having this issue, only when the engine isn't under load and about 2k revs. Under that it runs smooth, as soon as it gets towards and over 2k it starts to feel rough then the smoke out the back starts.

Do you still have this?

I bought a 300tdi Discovery for very little money due to being stood for a while. I'm having an issue with the battery light, when I switch on the ignition the battery light is bright, same as the other warning lights, when i start it up the battery light goes dim so I figured the alternator...
