The flat spot I was referring to was the power loss on my 4.0, not flat spots on me tyres lol

Hi new cam lifters timing chain and gears head gaskets rings honed bores new mains and big ends oil pump etc, I bought the car running very rough it runs much better now but for flat spot , before any one asks yes cam timing is spot on lol, I have substituted coil packs off of good running...

As above really bad flat spot I have the nanocom haven't a clue how to use it would it be possible please someone in the Surrey area could help run through the basics to get me started on how to use it and hopefully diagnose the problem, any help would be greatly appreciated and lots of tea...
