how much are you looking for? i have a 2006 mondeo 2.0 TDCi i'm looking to get rid of, not an estate i was going to p/x or sell to put towards a freelander for the other half.. but this looks much more appealing ;)

I'd double check that the wires are in the correct place on the alternator, some new alternators can have similar pin locations but swapped arouns, look at the markings instead of location. check wires from alternator to bulkhead the large browns and the smaller one for the warning light...

Maybe try the wires on the ignition barrel.. On my old 90 someone had fitted an additional wire for the fiel solinoid so if you pulled the aux wire on the ignition barrel it would stop wipers, guages etc.. worth a look for a few screws :)

Hi Ive just put a blade fuse harness in my 90, so the old one is sittting here for £20 if you want it, it is in ok nick, its had a few scotch loks fitted but its alot betther than i expected it to be when i pulled it out (by the way i picked up the blade fuse harness from a guy up in bradford...

i'm a vehicle mechanic with the army and i have to say army vehicles are well looked after in respect to servicing, storage and constantly being cleaned.. this is why they always more expensive than standard ones from the same year, dont get me wrong, they have been driven hard there whole life...

you need a genuine wolf axle.. they are awesome and armoured.. stupidly expensive though.. i think you're looking around a grand per axle these days.. madness..

i did go for the boot in the end.. it was tough getting both axles in there but managesd to squeeze them in,, then they decided to wet themselves by shedding their oil all over the boot.. :sw xx
