Hi guys, These doors have never shut right (I know I know, it's a defender). I've buggered about with the striker plates and door rubbers but only just a bit better. Will door/hinge shims fix this or is a length of 4x2 needed to help? Ta

Had similar recently but mines a defender td5. It was my clutch master cylinder that was the problem. Topping up with fluid helped for a bit but dropped to the floor eventually. 2 hours on Sunday and new cylinder in and new fluid in and bled. Somebody with more specific knowledge will be along...
