Where might the lock nut be cos it looks like a regular nut, ill have another look though ta

I have no rear tail and front side lights it's just had new indicator and wiper stalk, would replacing the lamps solve the problem as they are quite old do they work on a loop, also the horn didn't work until I fiddled and eased out the fuse holder which is quite loose.... Thanks

They are the right wheels 8x15

It seems the nut loosens then tightens after just a slight turn should I use a bit more pressure and keep opening/loosening the nut.... Thanks for the advice
