What should the battery drain be?

Ok, I leave mine for 4 days every week as I work away from home, are they ok plugged into to cigar lighter? Or best connected to the battery? Knowing how tempremental the l322s electronics are?

What should the battery drain be?

I see, it's not even lasting a week but as they also wake up every 6 hours and do there thing (which I understand can draw 0.5 amps for 16 mins ) then that would be about right? I'm thinking bout getting a solar panel. Anyone got one fitted ?

What should the battery drain be?

I tested it 30 mins after locking it, as far as I'm aware it's all off after 16 mins. At that sort of drain how long would it take to go flat?

What should the battery drain be?

I've just done a battery drain test with my multimeter with all off I'm reading about 0.08 amps ( 80 milliamps I guess) seems a bit high to me but does anyone know what it really should be?

    Help electrical problems.

Ok, cheers. I also suspect steering column but I'm also getting that strange levelling thing from the suspension and not sure how the steering ecu would cause that but who knows :)

first time owner and suspension fail straight of the bat!

The hydraulic tappers often make a bit of noise on start up, nothing to worry about. Possibly the sensor playing up

    Abs fault

It's an easy process detailed on rave , I'm using i phone so can't send you it but you should be able to find it

    Airstrut question

Ha, ok. I happen to be in the south west at mo , but my all comms is at home in Hull so no scrumpy for me!
  10. P

    Abs fault

I would check your battery charge ( you can do this via the instrument test feature) then change abs relay. The stored faults shouldn't be an issue then
  11. P

    Abs fault

At very least the deactivation message should have cleared. What type of obd 2 reader is he using?
  12. P

    Airstrut question

You will need to re calibrate the suspension. Some kind fellow near you with all comms or the like will prob do it for beer money
  13. P

    Abs fault

The temporary deactivation is just caused by battery disconnection , as I suspect is the Can error message , which just leaves the abs relay to check out

    oil leak from gearbox?

Yer, looks like sump gasket has failed, you might get away with tightening the bolts , do it diagonally . If that doesn't do it , new gasket. But if you're going to take the sump off then you might as well do an oil and filter change at the same time

    oil leak from gearbox?

I'd give it a good clean and try to locate the drip and check the gearbox oil level

    oil leak from gearbox?

The ATF is a honey colour not red or green. Is the tube it's dripping off the part of the subframe or the pipes to and from the oil cooler?

    loud Squeeking noise

Lower suspension arm bushes can also be the source of a clunk, I've just replaced mine , not too bad a job, you can get the arm off with the ball joint attached . No more clunking for me :)

    Screen display

Does sound like water ingress in the rear, maybe time to start stripping them out, checking for corrosion around the pins as data suggests

+1 fuse 49 ,but thought it had to be out for 10 mins?

    Bcm fault

I will do, I didn't really want to bother him, all comms is great but it could do with a comprehensive user guide
