    EAS issue

There is a pressure release valve , but it's not in the compressor housing it's about 18 inches down the air line still in the spare wheel well , if its coming from there it can be removed and replaced by the plastic elbow which should be clipped to the multi plug. The release valve isn't needed...

ECU range rover won't switch off

The bcu on the l322 is under the passenger seat. Unlikely to get wet from a coolant leak. The hoses at the rear of the engine often leak as they are unseen and neglected, they leak directly onto the gearbox so it evaporates before it hits the deck

What's in a name? You also have a front and rear bumper but you wouldn't bump into the nearest car just because its description says you can :)

What do you think of these...

I've got the tubes fitted to mine, they were on on I bought but it. I think they look good now though and I wouldn't change em. There not for everybody but what is? And who actually uses sidesteps to stand on? I had them on my p38 and can't recall ever standing on them to get in.

    Steering column

Mine is coming up with an intermittent fault causing k bus faults , key not turning , transponder coil not working and causing hevac , and air suspension probs, then it's ok for a few a few weeks but it always returns to haunt me

Ah I see. Fingers crossed you can program it and get it off your hands. I don't suppose you've still got the old column? I'm looking for one to see if I can repair the ecu. I'd rather practice on a spare than tackle mine insitue

Yer, I went to Doha once , prob the hottest temps I've experienced . Too late now but you could have tested the new ecu just by unplugging the mufti plug on the old one still insitue and plugging straight Into your new column. That way you would have known which was at fault. No good to you now...

I know it's a pain but can't you fit your old sas to your new steering column? As it seems to have been the ecu that was your prob?

    Steering column

Have any of you guys got a knackered upper steering column siting in the garage with a working ecu inside? My ecu is on its last legs. According to the manual the ecu is non serviceable as it is fixed in by non removable pins. However I've had a look at these pins and I'm pretty sure I can spin...

If there just codes, they prob wont mean much to you or anyone else on here. It needs reading by something that can also decipher the codes
