i think what he means is that his vehicle is stock, ie standard and will it get fooked if he goes out with you all

we're geting about 32/33 mpg out of our P38, so that sounds about right. Plus we're running on WVO/derv mix so it's a lot cheaper too

I Believe it cost £100 for a club but you get 10 vehicle spaces with that, so it works out at only £10 each I'm going up there with SLSLRC (South London and Surrey LandRover Club)

i'll be going, hopefully i'll be with the SLSLRC stand, so it'll cost £10 for the wkends camping

just add a couple of ltrs of it to your tank every fill up, you'll soon get rid of it

where do you live? I see that te seller is in Wembly, if you're in the london area, are you aware of the new LEZ compliance laws coming in over the next 6 months that will affect defenders?

I've got a 3inch lift front and back on my disco 1 and don't have any kind of grinding noise, so doubt it's directly related to the lift you've put on, which is a lot lower than mine

coz a lot of us carry tools and recovery gear in the back, so in doing this type of lift it means the car then sits level again

i've got a 300tdi disco

the bf runs his P38 on 75/25 mix of WVO/derv and he had a few problems with his fuel pump so i'm taking it easy with mine

Where's the option for general WVO? :confused: I feed mine on a 50/50 mix of diesel and whatever WVO we can get cheap on ebay. She runs good and smells of food, so everyone driving behind gets hungry :D

i know what's causing the problems, it's the fact that wvo is thicker than derv and thus gunks up the filter quicker, was just wondering if anyone had come across a more suitable fuel filter, though the bf is looking at a filter heaters

My bf is running the P38 on veg oil, all was good till the fuel filter clogged up. Put a new filter on and all was fine, it's now about 3000 miles and we've had to change it again. Does anyone know of an uprated fuel filter that will better cope with running veg oil, or do we just keep going as...
