    Ruddy FWHs!

Hi gang Well, having spent about an hour rummaging around in the garage, it was too dark to do anything because [B]I[B] have no option but to work outside in the cold - the garage is full of Discovery! This morning however, having driven to work (isn't ice fun ), I managed to turn...

Thanks Dr E - will see what we've got out in the garage (though I don't have bolts on my FWHs but a bar type thingy that I grip with pliers and turn - oh God I'm being thick aren't I?) Actually the garage can wait 10 mins while my hands defrost round a mug of tea :)

Hi guys Snow up here. Am I happy? NO! Why? Well, having a County with all it's extra fancy bits, there's AVM free-wheeling hubs aren't there? Today I encountered a problem. Every so often I use the hubs to keep things moving and although the nearside one's a bit stiff, everything's...

Well, you know one place you're all welcome to stay! We'll fire up the barbecue and get the beers in! Don't think we'll manage to get all the Landies on our drive BUT we are surrounded by fields so we will be speaking to the neighbours. Oh yes, and there will be a couple of nutters up here...

    The Best Disco??

Thanks guys. That's brilliant. Will pass the info on to my baby bruv when I speak to him this weekend! He definitely wants a Disco, saying that they're kinda 'grown up.' I have to educate him - LR/Disco and the words 'grown up' don't belong in the same sentence - I should know, being a older...

Hi guys Please forgive me for asking a question that's probably been asked a million times but...........what is the best Discovery? My brother, who lives in NZ, desperately wants a Disco and asked ME if I knew - yeah right! I'm gonna know all about which engine's best, which is most...

    Replacing SIII rear lights

Hi Gang, got a question for you - and it's to do with electrics!! I'm perfectly happy rooting around in the engine bay and exploring underneath too but there's one thing I've avoided like the plague and that's anything electrical  - dunno why, just a 'thing' of mine. Anyhow, the rear...
