Fitted a straight through to my 90 200tdi in 65mm stainless. Feels much more responsive. Sounds a little deeper but not noisy. Cost £300 fitted in Dudley
Your existing tyre is approx 29" diameter. ie 2" smaller roughly 9% smaller. Suggest the different road speeds may damage transfer box but I am sure somebody will shoot me down in a while.
Sounds like the remnants of a Diy spot lamp job. Or are they part of the main loom--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have rear drums it could be the shoes lifting in reverse. Had it often on a Fiat years ago. Could be crud, shoes out of adjustment or even shoes in wrong way ie leading edge trailing.
