have you looked underneath to see if the hi lo lever, the red one hasnt broken off or come undone or somthing similar underneath mine did that a while ago, no apperant reason it just let go.

Right took the roof off the 109 a couple of days ago and my brother is begging me to take it to sailing today, can i legally take people in the back, it only has windscreen up, no door tops or truck cab, thanks 109 party

Very confused :/ i was driving down A47 and brakes locked on on my series 3 200tdi, 1978 non servo, and heavily overheated warped drums and generally a mess, Anyway just been fiddeling and it had melted the seals in the wheel cylinders, *only 3 months old* so i have fitted new wheel...

hahaa i had no silencers on my 200tdi series 3 and to be honest it just ****ed me off on long journeys and its too raspy and sounds better with one silencer just takes off the high pitch and the raspyness.

after way too long and too much spending fitting a 200tdi into my series 3 109 she finally went back on the road today :) soo happy

if its the same as the britpart deluxe seat backs you will be able to feel underneath the cloth a series of threaded holes make sure by looking at the fitting diagram that you peirce the right one. i can get pics of mine up later if you wish. a tip when fitting i found is to add two more washers...

there are 4 bolts on each side underneath the seatbox area

heyy all when i run the engine the light doesnt go out completly all wired up good connections, but the lights not going out just dimming. would you say diodes :/ if so what would be a good uprated replacment alternator. for a series 3 200tdi 109, running standad series alternator on series...

so its gonna fail then, does any body know which inertia reel seat belts fit a truck cab series 3 ?

Hello series should be going for mot next week but i have no seat belts fitted eek, so does anybody know if you need seat belts for a 1978 series 3 109 truck cab for it to pass mot. thanks all
