Any ideas welcome I brought a new front & rear roof liners for my 90 with the sunroof allready cut out & decided to fit yesterday thats when i found out my sunroof was aftermarket not original. The liner looks great exept for the 1 inch gap between the glass & the liner any body had this problem...

Dont fancy that much got to take the roof rack off and cut the wiring for the roof lights. hopeing theres another way

any body ever fitted a new roof lining to a 90 van back it dosent look like it will fit through either door. Any advice much appreciated

I should check that oil is not seeping down the loom into your ecu, pull the plug out of the ecu and look for evidence of oil.

Drove my 2a today hasent been driven since last year,started first time drove brill. Filled up with petrol, xxin thing no ignition no start not too worry flicked the key a few times ign back on and away we went. Reminds you just how good proper driveing is Still overuns when i switch it off...

flamin hell they are tight

All you need is a 27 mm socket & if they are that tight get an extensionbar normally about a foot long and gives you more leverage, if you havent done wheel bearings before dont rush it because of your trip. Take it steady you will get a better result.

you need to sort or they will cause you some damage, or worse still the vehicle. I left one too long and it siezed just for a secound but it was enough to drag me across the road at 50 mph frightned the be jaysus out of me. i have done a few on my td5 90 and havent had to renew the spacer & try...

i think youll find its clockwise to remove

Whats this guy going to think, comes on for advice as a new owner and gets a proportion of abuse. I rebuilt mine with some great advise from this site and some bull****, i knew nothing but soon learnt give the guy a chance.

it hasnt got ****part parabolic springs on has it.If so thats your problem

Hi i once had the same problem doing a wheel bearing by torchlight and tightened the hub nuts & the whole stub locked up. Reason being i had forgot to put the big spacer washer back in maybe its that simple? worth a look maybe.

td5 vibration whilst powering up through all gears not violent but worrying enough though any ideas anyone please
